DescriptionApt Resources is seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Assistant/Household Manager to provide comprehensive support to a prominent family in Abu Dhabi UAE. This home-focused role requires an individual who is organized proactive and capable of managing both administrative duties and household operations. The ideal candidate will take initiative in ensuring the smooth running of all household activities while maintaining the familys day-to-day schedules events and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all household management tasks including maintenance cleaning and routine upkeep.
- Manage family schedules coordinating appointments activities and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for household staff and external service providers.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for family gatherings parties and other engagements.
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and ensure all necessary items are stocked.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as managing correspondence budgeting and purchasing for the household.
- Provide personal shopping assistance running errands and other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with family preferences and standards of privacy and confidentiality.
Requirements - Proven experience as a personal assistant household manager or family PA roles.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and adapting to fast-paced environments.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Flexible reliable and proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making.
- Knowledge of household management practices including staff coordination and maintenance oversight.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic technology skills.
- A background in hospitality or luxury services is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in household management or related fields are advantageous.
- Must be willing to occasionally work outside of regular hours and travel as needed.
