Job Description: Onboarding Specialist
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Assist new customers in the onboarding process guiding them on account setup and product/service features.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients addressing any queries or issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for customer onboarding.
- Collect feedback from customers during the onboarding process to improve procedures and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to customers on using company products/services effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and onboarding progress for reference and analysis.
- Stay updated on product updates industry trends and best practices to better assist customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as email phone and live chat.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service onboarding or a related role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers effectively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and thorough onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English languages both written and spoken.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing procedures and customer needs.
