The Dubai and Riyadh-based analytical team is an integral part of the EMEA Ratings Services organization comprising a group of over 20 analysts covering the dynamic and growing Middle East region. The cross-practice team spans Sovereigns Financial Services and Corporates/Infrastructure including deep expertise in Islamic Finance government related entities (GREs) and multilateral development institutions (MLIs). The Analytical Manager will be part of the EMEA Credit Ratings Leadership team accountable for fostering alignment and executing on S&Ps analytical priorities in the region.
The Impact:
The Analytical Manager enables the team on the ground to align around our analytical strategy and thereby delivering superior customer service and timely high quality analytics and credit a rapidly evolving external environment he/she builds trust fosters talent and builds a cohesive high-performance team. While leading expert teams with a focus on quality and collaboration and representing S&P Global Ratings as a senior spokesperson for our external stakeholders in the region he/she executes on our strategic prerogatives and enables the team to successfully navigate change. He/she is accountable for developing and leading a diverse team of analysts setting the cultural tone role modelling behaviours that foster inclusion accountability and shared purpose. His/her leadership is grounded in execution turning ideas into action and delivering results that matter. Where necessary he/she actively collaborates and leverages relationships and capabilities across our global organization to ensure that we respond adequately to the demands of the regional credit ecosystem. Drive workforce capabilities and talent development to lead and develop a resilient cross-functional team.
Ensure collaboration enable efficient resource allocation and knowledge sharing while overseeing operations and adjusting roles and responsibilities as required.
Ensure collective local representation and responsiveness and improve client satisfaction while balancing the prerogatives of local representation and global expertise.

What Were Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 10 years of experience incredit analysis ratings or financial services leadership roles with proven track record of managing analytical teams.
Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams in an international context.
Proven critical thinker.
Ability to demonstrate sound financial and economic acumen.
Role models fostering inclusivity managing emotion and bias when approaching situations to land the best outcome for the business and those involved.
Demonstrable ability in leading and motivating teams through change uncertainty and ambiguous landscapes effectively.
Able to articulate complex ideas across functions levels and cultures both internally and externally with the ability to negotiate effectively and agree on solutions.
Partners with cross-functional organizations and businesses to influence and build strategy.
We require all candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global Ratings office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.
