The Sales Representative Middle East is responsible for driving commercial growth of ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation solutions across the Middle East region within the Marine and Industrial segments.
The role focuses on project sales key account development and channel management working closely with owners EPCs shipyards contractors and local partners to position ProRox and SeaRox solutions in major projects and ongoing business. You will provide temporary commercial support to selected African markets ensuring continuity of customer engagement and project coverage across the wider AMEA region.
Area of responsibility: This role covers the full Middle East region with responsibility to develop business across existing and new markets without geographic limitation. Rather than being restricted to predefined countries you are expected to take an opportunity-driven approach actively identifying qualifying and developing projects wherever commercial potential exists. This role requires proactive market penetration early engagement on strategic projects and continuous expansion of the regional pipeline.
Project prioritization will be guided by project size and strategic importance owner and EPC involvement Marine LNG power and industrial scope.

Sales & Business Development: drive execution of regional sales strategy for Marine & Industry segments in Middle East. Identify qualify and develop new business opportunities and major projects. Drive early-stage engagement at FEED / design phase to influence specifications.
Build strong relationships with owners & operators EPC contractors shipyards insulation contractors
Dealers and distribution: Weekly forecast of sales figures with close co-ordination of supply chain depends on the sourcing. Prepare and present sales / volume forecasts reports and budgets. Provide technical support and guidance to clients addressing their specific
needs and requirements.
Project Management: Lead commercial discussions for large project opportunities with multiple stakeholders in the value chain (LNG national energy programs). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services to customers. Prepare and negotiate commercial offers pricing and discount structures within Customer Service department
Ensure smooth execution from quotation to order intake.
Channel & Partner Management: Develop and manage distributors and agents across Africa
Support and guide partners in Pricing strategy Supply chain management Product positioning Market development and Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform business strategies and product development initiatives.
Identify growth opportunities in: LNG Power Oil & gas Marine and shipbuilding Solar and hydrogen and other renewable sectors
This is who you are
Minimum 5 years experience in Project sales Industrial / marine sectors Technical B2B environment
Engineering or business-related degree is a plus
Proven experience working in export / multi-country environments managing large projects and complex stakeholders
Strong commercial and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in complex markets Project-driven sales mindset Strong stakeholder management Structured analytical and organized working style
