We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to support business growth for a recruitment platform. The role involves outbound B2B calls lead generation and client acquisition by promoting recruitment and hiring solutions to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound B2B calls to prospective clients
- Generate new business leads and convert them into active clients
- Identify client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls leads and follow-ups
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIs
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- 13 years of home country experience in telesales or B2B sales
- Experience in FinTech HealthTech or Recruitment / HR / Services industry preferred
- Strong communication persuasion and negotiation skills
- Experience in selling services is an added advantage
- Self-motivated result-oriented and able to work independently
- Candidates currently in the UAE preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
