ملخص الوظيفة

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to support business growth for a recruitment platform. The role involves outbound B2B calls lead generation and client acquisition by promoting recruitment and hiring solutions to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound B2B calls to prospective clients
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into active clients
  • Identify client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls leads and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIs
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements:

  • 13 years of home country experience in telesales or B2B sales
  • Experience in FinTech HealthTech or Recruitment / HR / Services industry preferred
  • Strong communication persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Experience in selling services is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated result-oriented and able to work independently
  • Candidates currently in the UAE preferred
  • Immediate joiners preferred
