Job Summary
Restore Talent Solutions is expanding its network of professional freelance Customer Experience & Service Excellence Trainers to deliver high-impact corporate training programs across the UAE and GCC.
We are seeking facilitators with strong expertise in customer service delivery customer experience strategy complaint handling and service leadership. Trainers will be engaged on a project basis to deliver workshops for frontline teams call centres supervisors and service leaders.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced corporate trainers who want to partner with RTS on upcoming client programmes focused on service excellence and customer loyalty.
Key Training Areas Covered
Freelance trainers may be assigned to facilitate one or more of the following programmes:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in Service
Etiquette for Excellent Customer Service
Telephone Skills for Customer Retention
Customer Care & Multi-Channel Service
Customer Experience (CX) Excellence
Handling Difficult Customers with Emotional Intelligence
Digital Customer Service & Social Media Skills
Service Recovery & Turning Complaints into Opportunities
Service Leadership for Supervisors
Cross-Cultural Customer Service
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging customer service and CX training workshops for corporate and institutional clients
Facilitate interactive sessions using role plays real-life scenarios and case studies
Train frontline teams on communication professionalism empathy and service recovery
Support supervisors and managers in building service culture and customer-focused KPIs
Adapt delivery for multicultural audiences across the GCC
Represent Restore Talent Solutions professionally during client engagements
Provide feedback and practical action recommendations after delivery
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience delivering customer service CX or hospitality/service leadership training
Strong facilitation presentation and group engagement skills
Ability to deliver training across diverse customer-facing environments (call centres service desks retail etc.)
Professional fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
Preferred Experience
Experience training in sectors such as hospitality aviation banking retail healthcare or government services
Familiarity with CX metrics (NPS CSAT service recovery frameworks)
Background in emotional intelligence conflict resolution or service leadership coaching
Ability to facilitate multiple programmes across the RTS service excellence portfolio
