Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.

Valid driving license (UAE or transferable).

Basic knowledge of HVAC electrical and mechanical systems.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities.

Allocate tasks to technicians and helpers and monitor work quality.

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed.

Maintain maintenance records checklists and reports.

Drive company vehicles for site visits material movement or staff transportation as required.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Coordinate with management for spare parts tools and external vendors when required.
