About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established construction chemicals company based in Dubai serving the UAE and regional markets. The company specializes in delivering high-performance chemical solutions for the construction industry including products used in infrastructure commercial and large-scale development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for key East African hubs including Kenya Tanzania and Uganda
- Take full accountability for the regions profit and loss (P&L) performance including revenue growth and margin targets
- Monitor local competitors as well as global players to refine pricing strategies and product positioning continuously
- Recruit onboard train and manage local distributors to ensure effective market coverage and product reach
- Conduct on-site product trials demonstrations and technical engagements with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Civil Engineering or Chemistry; an MBA is highly preferred
- 712 years of experience in construction chemicals such as admixtures flooring systems sealants or waterproofing solutions
- Willingness to travel extensively with 50%70% regional travel across East Africa and active on-site involvement
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Swahili is a strong competitive advantage in the East African market
