Talent Acquisition Partner (GCC National)

What Youll Drive

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
• Act as a Talent Acquisition Partner to hiring managers providing market insights hiring advice and recruitment strategies
• Lead and support nationalisation recruitment initiatives in Oman and Saudi Arabia in line with local labor laws and quotas
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Proactively source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn job boards referrals and networking
• Screen shortlist and interview candidates and coordinate interview processes with stakeholders
• Attend and support interviews ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both hiring managers and candidates
• Serve as a BESIX ambassador in the talent market promoting the companys culture values and career opportunities
• Continuously enhance hiring manager and candidate experience through efficient transparent and agile recruitment practices
• Contribute to and support employer branding initiatives career events and market presence in the GCC

Qualifications :

Youre a Great Fit If You Have

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition ideally within construction engineering or large corporate environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels
• Highly proactive hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong sourcing expertise and ability to build talent pipelines in competitive markets
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and agile environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local labor laws and nationalisation programs is a strong advantage
• Willingness to work from the office on full time bases including Fridays
