Global Hospitality Gateway (GHG) offers mystery shopper opportunities to help leading hospitality brands improve their guest experience. We regularly review applications to ensure we provide fresh unbiased feedback to our clients.

Tasks

Evaluate all areas of the hotel

Complete a detailed online report after each visit

Identify strengths and areas for improvement

Requirements

Strong written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Full internet access

Previous hotel or hospitality experience
