Strategic
- Develop understanding of all Arabian Ethicals divisional & different processes.
- Understand the vital role of implementing and maintaining S&OP process.
- Maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand the impact of demand planning processes on working capital and whole company profitability.
Operational
- Ensure & close follow up with all S&OP stakeholders for timely submission.
- Follow up S&OP cycle step by step till completion.
- Consolidate all departmental submissions to develop one true number of Arabian Ethicals with full year view.
- Work closely with group IT to update BI tool with the same for to enable all stakeholders accessibility.
- Ensure optimum inventory at healthy levels defined by the partnership contract and the Group policy.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree Bachelor of Pharmacy a bonus.
- MBA from a recognized institution a bonus.
Additional Information :
Skills & Professional Requirements:
- Advanced experience in MS Excel.
- Experience managing cross-functional project at operational level.
Experience Requirements:
- 45 years experience in operations or/and demand planning.
- Required UAE and/ or GCC experience; international experience a bonus.
