Job Title - Content Creator

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging high-quality content that supports brand visibility marketing campaigns and customer engagement within the real estate development and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Storytelling
Create compelling written visual and short-form video content for digital platforms.
Develop content for social media websites brochures email campaigns and advertisements.
Translate project features lifestyle concepts and brand messaging into engaging content.
Digital & Social Media Support
Support social media content calendars across platforms such as Instagram LinkedIn TikTok and X.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with campaign objectives.
Assist in capturing on-site photos videos and project updates when required.
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
Ensure all content aligns with brand tone visual identity and messaging guidelines.
Proofread and edit content for accuracy clarity and consistency.
Maintain content libraries and asset repositories.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor content performance and engagement metrics.
Support optimization of content based on insights and audience behavior.
Stay updated on content trends and digital best practices.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with designers videographers and marketing teams.
Support launches events and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content approvals.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media or related field.
25 years of experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
Experience in real estate construction or lifestyle brands preferred.

Proficiency in content creation tools and social platforms

Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously
