Position: IT Helpdesk Support
Work location: Fujairah
Join Immediately ( available in UAE )

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our project site team. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills excellent communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware software and network issues.
- Install configure and maintain computer systems printers and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain project site network infrastructure including routers switches and firewalls.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of project site servers and databases.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols and procedures.
- Train project site staff on basic IT skills and best practices.
- Keep accurate records of IT equipment and software inventory.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
