- Client onboarding and mandate coordination
- Daily updates follow ups and stakeholder alignment
- Interview scheduling feedback tracking offer to joining support
- Maintain ATS records trackers and contract onboarding hygiene

- Strong communication follow through and attention to detail
- Comfortable working fast in a structured process
