Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Aviation Management Engineering Business Administration Safety Management Operations or a related discipline -Preferred
- Relevant aviation certifications diploma or professional qualifications will be considered an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong academic records are also encouraged to apply
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong understanding of aviation operations safety standards and regulatory frameworks (GCAA knowledge is an advantage) Preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze information prepare reports and support operational decision-making
- Willingness to learn aviation systems procedures and industry best practices
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Confident presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong customer service mindset with a professional and courteous approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate clearly across departments
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the aviation industry in the UAE
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-standards environment
