Are you ready to lead exceptional food and beverage operations at an exclusive private luxury property We invite you to join our distinguished hospitality team where you will oversee and elevate F&B standards delivering personalised discreet and world-class dining experiences within a refined and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service from daily dining to formal events ensuring seamless discreet and personalised experiences.
Manage train and motivate a diverse F&B team fostering a culture of attentive service professionalism and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with culinary housekeeping and external suppliers to ensure flawless coordination.
Set and uphold the highest standards in table settings dining presentation food safety and hygiene across all F&B operations.
Supervise inventory procurement and stock control for food beverages and dining equipment ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
Anticipate guest preferences proactively delivering exceptional service tailored to individual tastes and requirements.
Manage private functions and bespoke events from concept to execution ensuring every detail meets the expectations.
Implement and monitor compliance with all food safety hygiene and health regulations creating a safe and impeccable experience for all.

Essential Skills and Qualities

Substantial experience in F&B management or supervision ideally within a luxury hotel fine-dining restaurant or similar high-end environment.
Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands.
Outstanding leadership coaching and communication skills to inspire a high-performing guest-focused team.
Strong understanding of global cuisine wine and beverage service and modern hospitality best practices.
Proactive and adaptable approach able to anticipate needs and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Flexible and committed with the willingness to work varied hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
