We are currently seeking a dedicated IT Help Desk professional to join our team on a contract this role, you will play a crucial part in providing technical assistance and support to our internal users, ensuring smooth operations and high productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to IT support requests and provide timely solutions

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues

- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex problems

- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions

- Conduct regular system upgrades and optimizations

- Train users on basic IT functions and best practices

Requirements & Skills:

- Proven experience in IT support roles

- Strong knowledge of operating systems and networking protocols

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Certification in IT or relevant field is a plus

- Familiarity with help desk software and remote desktop tools

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Additional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
