Pressman

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Pressman to join our printing team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Pressman you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining our printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials for our clients.

• Operate various types of printing presses including offset and digital machines
• Set up and adjust printing equipment for different job specifications
• Monitor print quality throughout production runs and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment
• Manage color accuracy and consistency across print jobs
• Collaborate with prepress and postpress teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards
• Complete required documentation for each print job
• Stay updated on new printing technologies and techniques

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Pressman in a printing press environment
• Proficiency in operating various types of printing presses including offset and digital machines
• Strong knowledge of printing techniques color management and print production workflows
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on printing equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing technology preferred
• Familiarity with printing industry standards and best practices
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours including shifts as required
