ملخص الوظيفة
- Supervise scaffolding erection modification and dismantling activities at offshore sites.
- Ensure all scaffolding work meets ADNOC standards project specifications and international safety regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments inspections and safety briefings (Toolbox Talks) before commencing work.
- Manage scaffolding teams ensuring proper allocation of manpower and adherence to safety protocols.
- Inspect scaffolding structures to verify stability load capacity and compliance with work permits.
- Coordinate with construction maintenance and HSE teams to ensure scaffolding supports operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities materials used and permits issued.
- Train and mentor scaffolders on best practices hazard identification and offshore safety measures.
- Participate in audits incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
- Ensure proper tagging (Green Yellow Red) of scaffolding structures as per industry standards.
Qualifications :
- Certification in Scaffolding (CISRS TUV or equivalent).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in scaffolding supervision within offshore oil & gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of BS EN OSHA and ADNOC scaffolding regulations.
- Valid offshore safety certifications (e.g. BOSIET H2S PTW Work at Height).
- Experience in managing scaffolding operations in hazardous offshore environments.
- Strong leadership communication and safety enforcement skills.
Additional Information :
- Familiarity with ADNOC offshore procedures and work permit systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings for scaffolding requirements.
- Experience working in offshore rotations and managing multi-national teams.
