HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies to support company objectives

- Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding

- Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures

- Administer payroll and benefits programs accurately and timely

- Coordinate performance management and training initiatives

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations

- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field

- Proven experience in all HR functions

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

- HR Certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)

- Experience in the technology industry

- Multilingual proficiency is a plus
