About the Role

TheSenior Logistics & Warehouse Manageris responsible foroverseeing LINKVIVAs warehouse operations inventory accuracy transportation planning and eventlogisticsdelivery.

This role ensures materials assets and equipment are stored tracked transported and deployed safely efficiently and on time across multiple projects and live events. You will leadlogisticsteams manage fleet operations and workhand-in-handwith project and production stakeholders in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.

WhatYoullDo

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving storage picking packing anddispatch.
• Maintainhigh standardsoforganization safety and housekeeping.
• Ensuretimelypreparation and dispatch of materials for events and projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse layout flow and handling processes.

Inventory Control & Material Accountability

• Maintainaccurate real-time stock records in ERP systems (Odoo or similar).
• Conduct cycle countsaudits and resolve discrepancies.
• Track material movement across events including deployment returns dismantling and scrap.
• Ensure proper documentation and asset accountability at all stages.

Transportation & Fleet Management

• Oversee vehicle scheduling routing and daily transport operations.
• Manage drivers fleet documentation inspections and safety compliance.
• Optimizedelivery planning to reduce costs and improve on-time performance.
• Monitor fuel usage mileage and fleetutilization.

Event Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate closely with project and event teams on delivery schedules and priorities.
• Oversee loading unloading and on-site deployments.
• Manage returnlogistics dismantling and re-storage post-event.
• Provide real-time updates during live operations.

Procurement & Supply Chain Support

• Communicate shortages and replenishment needs to procurement teams.
• Verify received items against supplier documentation.
• Support urgent and last-minute procurement requirements for live events.

Team Leadership & Operations

• Lead warehouse teams coordinators helpers and drivers.
• Planmanpowerallocation to meet operational demand.
• Train teams on ERP systems safety standards and material handling procedures.
• Monitor performance productivity and workflow efficiency.

Compliance Safety & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with safety policies transport regulations and warehouse SOPs.
• Maintainaccuratelogisticsand warehouse records.
• Produce operational reports covering stock movements delivery performance fleet activity and scrap.

What You Need to Apply

5 years experience in warehouse and logistics management

Proven experience managing transportation and fleet operations

Strong knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems (Odoo preferred)

Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Operations or related field

Strong leadership planning andorganizationalskills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Based in the UAE with full working rights
