We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Night Manager to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during night hours providing leadership to the Night Audit team and maintaining exceptional guest service standards.
- Oversee the night audit and reporting process ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and incidents
- Manage and support the Night Audit team providing guidance and direction as needed
- Ensure the safety security and comfort of both guests and team members throughout the night
- Prepare and review daily weekly and monthly reports reflecting the hotels trading results
- Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
- Maintain responsibility for the overall auditing and administration functions during night operations
- Manage the Guest Relations function including handling any disruptive guests with discretion
- Oversee all departments in the absence of their respective managers during night operations
- Ensure the hotel operates efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in workplace consultations on matters pertaining to workplace health and safety
- Adapt to various tasks as needed including reception concierge duties and room service
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in Night Audit or Front Office roles within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Opera Cloud or similar property management systems
- Valid CPR certification
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card
- Ability to work night shifts including weekends and holidays
- Adaptability to handle various tasks and workloads
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Ability to make decisive actions in high-pressure situations
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and guest needs
- Goal-oriented approach to achieving operational targets and guest satisfaction
