- As a Chef de Rang (Waiter / Waitress) in our Awarding Winning French Brasserie i.e. Couqley you will work with your team to create unforgettable experiences for the guests.
- Ensures the guests are attended to i.e. presents menus helps with recommendations receives orders places orders and handles payments.
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality
Qualifications :
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role in a fine dining / stand alone restaurant is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
