Delano Dubai is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie (Cold Kitchen) to join our dynamic Banquets team. This role focuses on preparing presenting and maintaining high-quality cold dishes for events buffets and banquets ensuring our guests experience exceptional culinary standards in line with Delanos luxury hospitality reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present cold kitchen items including salads hors doeuvres charcuterie sandwiches and buffet displays.
Ensure consistency quality and presentation of all cold dishes.
Collaborate closely with the Banquets and Culinary teams to meet event deadlines and guest expectations.
Maintain high standards of hygiene safety and cleanliness in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
Assist in menu planning portion control and inventory management for cold kitchen items.
Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in training and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications :
International Experience: Bring at least 46 years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands. A strong culinary foundation exceptional presentation skills and a creative flair for crafting visually stunning and memorable dishes. A deep understanding of contemporary culinary trends and the UAE luxury market is essential. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with agility and poise.
