ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join our project site team on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC design and execution particularly within EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) project environments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and develop HVAC specifications calculations and layout drawings as per project requirements.
- Conduct vendor document reviews ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to close Inter-Discipline Check (IDC) points.
- Ensure that HVAC engineering deliverables are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Provide technical support to procurement construction and commissioning teams.
- Participate in project meetings and provide progress updates.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in HVAC engineering in EPC projects.
- Proven experience in preparing HVAC design documents including:
- Heat load calculations
- Equipment selection
- Duct sizing and layout
- Piping and insulation
- Control system design
- Experience with vendor document review and alignment with project specifications.
- Strong inter-discipline coordination and ability to resolve design conflicts efficiently.
- Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASHRAE SMACNA etc.)
- Proficiency in HVAC software tools and AutoCAD.
