ملخص الوظيفة
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of food & beverage lists promotions menu items and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Checks the accuracy of the guests reservations order and other requests
- Visits the guests in the tables occupied to confirm guest satisfaction
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Opera POS
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
- At least 1-2 years experience working on a similar role.
- Hospitality background is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
