ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily onsite operations and ensure work is progressing according to schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage site labor force subcontractors and materials.
- Monitor and report progress delays and onsite issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Review drawings and specifications and ensure execution aligns with approved plans.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities daily reports and attendance records.
- Provide technical guidance and support to workers onsite.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of tools materials and equipment.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Must have minimum 1012 years of relevant experience in civil construction preferably in the UAE/GCC
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Good understanding of construction methods materials and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
