The AI Adoption & Enablement Lead is responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption of AI by fostering an AI-first mindset and enabling stakeholders through structured programs. This role supports cultural transformation in collaboration with Change magement and HR to organizing training awareness sessions and communication strategies that promote understanding and engagement with AI tools and workflows. The role ensures that AI enablement efforts are aligned with business goals and tracked through adoption metrics. It serves as a bridge between technical teams and business units helping to demystify AI and embed it into daily operations and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement AI enablement programs across the organization. Facilitate cultural transformation toward an AI-first mindset. Together with HR and Change Management organize and deliver training sessions workshops and awareness campaigns. Track adoption metrics and report on progress and impact. Engage stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor enablement strategies. Promote understanding of AI tools workflows and their business relevance. Collaborate with communications and HR teams to embed AI into organizational culture. Identify barriers to adoption and develop strategies to overcome them. Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Organizational Development or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in change management enablement or digital transformation. Strong understanding of AI tools workflows and business applications. Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and training program design. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Ability to measure and report on adoption metrics and cultural impact. Passion for driving innovation and transformation through AI. |
