Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance

Support performance management appraisals and disciplinary procedures

Assist in payroll coordination attendance and leave management

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Handle employee relations and provide HR support to management and staff

Support training development and engagement initiatives
Requirements

Minimum 24 years of HR experience preferably within hospitality or F&B
-
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of confidentiality professionalism and integrity

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
