- Coordinating and directing all activities with respect to implementation of development programs for the station(s) within the country
- Ensure effective planning and achievement of project long-term and short-term goals.
- Supervise all station staff by utilizing good management practices in accordance with applicable country labor laws.
- Commercially focused Takes full profit and loss accountability for the companys operation in the country including sales & marketing operations finance and HR within the geographic area of responsibility.
- Approves all financial applications and reports as well as completes any ad hoc assignments designated by the Regional Vice President
- Monitors all country budgets to ensure all expenditures are within budget parameters and appropriate financial reporting and regulatory requirements are met
- Ensure development and maintenance of strong working relationships and close collaboration with Regional Management and other international managers for smooth implementation of activities.
- Promote the UK business throughout the network by championing a positive can do attitude within the teams.
- Build and develop partnerships that will grow the business within the industry marketplace.
- Design a sales strategy for growth and build a structure for success in this area
- Other duties as assigend.

- Talking hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Job may require extended sitting or standing use of standard office equipment
