This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a strong hunter mindset capable of identifying opportunities engaging key decision-makers and closing deals. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to position them effectively to address client business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify qualify and generate new business opportunities within the technology sector.
Conduct aggressive prospecting through networking market research referrals and industry events.
Develop a strong understanding of the companys technology solutions and clearly articulate their value proposition.
Perform solution-based selling by identifying customer pain points and aligning suitable technology solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including IT Managers IT Directors CIOs and CTOs.
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools ensuring accurate tracking of leads opportunities and forecasts.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends offerings and pricing strategies.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
Requirements
Proven track record in IT / technology sales with a strong focus on new business development (hunter role).
Diploma / bachelors degree in IT or any related field.
Minimum 24 years of experience in technology sales or B2B IT services sales.
Strong understanding of the technology landscape including current and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Experience using CRM and sales automation tools.
Highly self-driven target-oriented and resilient under pressure.
