Were recruiting an HR Executive for one of our clients who is a leading Real Estate Organization based in Sharjah UAE.
About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established real estate and property company based in Sharjah specializing in property development leasing and management. The company focuses on delivering reliable real estate solutions across residential and commercial segments supported by a strong understanding of the local market and regulatory framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process and conduct new employee orientation programs
- Prepare employment contracts and handle HR-related documentation
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems
- Assist in identifying employee training and development needs
- Administer payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement
- Manage employee benefits programs
- Coordinate training programs and workshops
- Track employee training progress and maintain accurate records
- Maintain up-to-date and confidential employee records
Requirements
- Masters degree in Human Resource Management or PG Diploma in HR
- 12 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
