What will you do
Lead the Reservation and Revenue Management departments across the cluster
Act as business owner of all revenue systems and tools (RMS PMS BI benchmarking)
Optimize inventory pricing parity and distribution across all channels
Translate business analytics into actionable strategies to improve revenue performance
Drive optimal pricing strategies across room classes and market segments
Track and analyze KPIs on the Commercial Scorecard with a focus on performance improvement
Partner with Sales on group pricing and education on best practices
Forecast market trends and adjust strategies to ensure profitability in all demand cycles
Own the relationship with OTA Market Managers
Lead revenue forecast creation and accuracy monitoring
Chair Revenue Strategy meetings and drive commercial alignment
Support Sales Marketing and Finance in annual budget and goal setting
Coordinate with PR Marketing and Reservations on promotional strategy
Guide upselling initiatives at the front office adjusting supplements as needed
Define and manage rate strategies segment ceilings and incentive plans for reservations
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing or related field (Masters preferred)
5 years in revenue management with a proven track record of revenue growth
Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and customer behaviour
Strategic mindset with advanced analytical capabilities
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional language is a plus
Proficiency in RMS PMS BI benchmarking and sales & catering systems
