We are hiring an experienced Business Consultant to join a fast-growing consultancy operating within the UAE business setup and real estate services sector.

This is a client-facing sales-driven role suited to professionals who can confidently advise clients close deals and manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to company registration.

If you are a proven closer with strong industry knowledge and are motivated by commission-based earnings this role offers excellent income potential and long-term growth.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Consult entrepreneurs and investors on UAE company formation options

  • Recommend the most suitable setup (mainland / free zone / visas)

  • Convert leads into signed deals and close 5 new setups per month

  • Manage client relationships from initial consultation through completion

  • Generate business through referrals networking and follow-ups

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting



Requirements

  • 46 years experience in sales within the Business Setup industry

  • Must have worked for at least two business setup companies

  • Minimum 1 year with each employer

  • Must show minimum 1.5 years continuous experience with the same company

  • Proven ability to close 5 new deals per month

  • Multilingual (English Indian languages preferred)

  • Indian nationals preferred (Mumbai-based candidates highly desirable)

  • Stable employment history (job hoppers will not be considered)



  • Benefits

    Option 1: Fixed Salary Commission

    • Fixed salary: AED 4000 AED 8000 (based on experience)

    • Performance-based commission on closed deals

    Option 2: Commission-Only

    • 50% revenue split

    • No fixed salary

    • High earning potential for strong performers
