Apt Resources is hiring a Senior Sales Manager Leisure for our client a luxury hotel in Dubai. This role is perfect for a driven hospitality sales professional with strong ties to the leisure travel industry and a solid understanding of the international and GCC tourism markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with DMCs travel agencies tour operators and bed banks
- Develop and execute leisure segment sales strategies and action plans
- Manage contracts oversee familiarization trips and represent the hotel at trade shows
- Analyze market trends and deliver competitive insights and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a 5star hotel focusing on leisure
- Strong network within key source markets such as Europe Russia/CIS and China
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business or Marketing
- Proficient in Opera PMS and familiar with hotel distribution channels
- Fluent in English (Russian is a plus); strong negotiation and presentation skills
Benefits
Basic Monthly Salary: AED 10000 transportation and telephone allowances fully furnished studio. Other standard non cash benefits
