As a Waiter/Waitress you are responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences. You will provide professional personalized and discreet service while ensuring all Food & Beverage standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Food & Beverage service in line with hotel standards and operational procedures.
Greet seat and serve guests in a courteous professional and attentive manner.
Maintain thorough knowledge of menus promotions and daily specials to confidently advise guests.
Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness hygiene and organization of the outlet and service areas at all times.
Complete mise-en-place and service preparation before during and after shifts.
Reduce wastage breakage and spoilage through careful handling of equipment and supplies.
Actively upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Adhere to all health safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
Previous experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive and professional demeanor.
