Landscape BIM Specialist

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Landscape BIM Specialist to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this role you will be responsible for leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to enhance our landscape architecture projects ensuring efficient and innovative design solutions.

• Develop and maintain BIM models for landscape architecture projects using software such as Revit and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate landscape designs into overall BIM models
• Create 3D visualizations and renderings to communicate design concepts effectively
• Implement BIM standards and best practices across landscape projects
• Analyze and optimize landscape designs using BIM tools to improve sustainability and efficiency
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve design conflicts and ensure project coherence
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and methodologies in landscape architecture
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Dubai
• Contribute to the development of sustainable landscape solutions suitable for the UAEs climate

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture Architecture or a related field
• 35 years of experience in landscape architecture or a related field with a focus on BIM implementation
• Proficiency in BIM software particularly Revit and AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills
• Indepth knowledge of landscape design principles and practices
• Familiarity with GIS software and its applications in landscape architecture
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• BIM certification (e.g. Autodesk BIM Certification) preferred
• Understanding of sustainable landscape practices and their implementation through BIM
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
• Familiarity with UAEs climate and native plant species
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced collaborative environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging BIM technologies in landscape architecture
