As Operational Intern you will undergo a 10 to 12 months internship. We offer programmes where you can leverage your learning and develop your skills through all aspects of the specific department. You are expected to constantly embrace new ideas & display initiative; proactively take additional responsibilities; be the role model & be imparting knowledge to others; create healthy personal relations at all levels and concentrate time and energy to get the best impact to the Hotel and to yourself.
Perform assigned duties as directed by department manager and direct supervisor. - Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist guests with inquiries requests and complaints providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Ensure that both the Manager and Supervisors are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests team members and/or other departments.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- Attend appropriate training courses when required.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room promotions facilities and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
- Comply with hotel security fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Follow and adhere to company brand standards.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with Team Members
- Work with your Manager to identify a specific project to complete during your internship placement

- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends days afternoons and evenings.
Currently studying towards (or recent Graduate) University Degree preferably in Hospitality field
