As a Manager COO Office you will play a pivotal role in the regional team working directly with the COO to drive the companys strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting the development and performance management of OKRs implementing effective governance mechanisms and leading high-priority cross-functional and special projects. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across MENA including regional functional leads MDs and Exco members ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the companys vision.
WHATS ON YOUR PLATE
Strategic Alignment & OKR Development:
Collaborate with the COO to define and align cross-functional OKRs with business goals.
Facilitate the establishment of measurable and achievable goals across functions.
Ensure that OKRs are effectively communicated and understood throughout the COO functions.
Performance Management & Governance:
Develop and implement governance mechanisms to track OKR progress.
Identify performance gaps and collaborate with functional leads to address them.
Prepare regular performance reports for the COO and senior leadership.
Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives:
Lead high-priority projects across MENA ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Manage project timelines resources and stakeholder communications.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the COO and project teams.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders including functional leads MDs and Exco.
Prepare reports presentations and other materials for the COOs decision-making and external communication needs.
WHAT DID WE ORDER
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business economics engineering or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
5-6 years of experience in strategy consulting founders office or similar strategic role; Additional experience in technology e-commerce or food industries is a plus.
