We are seeking a Junior Instructional Designer to support the development of engaging digital learning content for a large-scale education platform for high-school students.

This role is ideal for someone early in their instructional design career. Who wants hands-on experience designing courses activities and assessments alongside senior learning professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design and development of digital courses and learning activities
Assist in building course outlines storyboards and assessment items
Review and organize content from external vendors
Help implement learning content within the LMS
Conduct QA checks for accuracy clarity and learner experience
Support revisions based on feedback from senior designers

Requirements

Required Qualifications

13 years of experience in instructional design e-learning or education
Academic background in education instructional design learning sciences or related fields
Understanding of learning outcomes and assessment basics
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms

Preferred Skills

Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate Rise Canva Genially H5P)
Exposure to LMS platforms
Interest in career education student pathways or digital learning
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
