- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition engagement and retention. Ensure that all marketing campaigns are cohesive well-executed and deliver measurable results.
- Digital Transformation: Lead the digital marketing efforts ensuring a robust online presence through SEO/SEM social media content marketing email campaigns and paid media. Foster innovation in digital marketing practices and lead the companys digital transformation initiatives.
- Market Research & Insights: Leverage market research data analytics and customer insights to stay ahead of industry trends understand audience needs and identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership sales and revenue management teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and business objectives. Ensure strong communication and collaboration across departments.
- Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring cost-effective use of resources to maximize ROI. Optimize resource allocation across all marketing initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead mentor and inspire a high-performing marketing team. Promote a culture of creativity collaboration and innovation. Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to team members.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related matters presenting strategy updates and results to senior executives and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role preferably in the hospitality luxury or service industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams influencing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to think strategically and translate business goals into effective marketing initiatives and campaigns.
