We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Public Area Attendant to join our team at SO/ Uptown Dubai Residences this role you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas within our residential properties ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents and guests.
- Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies corridors elevators and common spaces
- Perform regular cleaning tasks such as vacuuming mopping dusting and polishing surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other common areas
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning as needed
- Respond promptly to residents requests and concerns related to cleanliness and maintenance
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all areas are properly maintained
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in housekeeping preferably in a residential or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques equipment and products
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Good customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic English language skills for communication with residents and staff
- Relevant certifications in cleaning or hospitality are a plus
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in cleaning and maintenance
- Understanding of local customs and practices in Dubai is beneficial
