Job Purpose:
The job purpose of a bilingual Export Sales Executive is to expand the companys presence in African markets by effectively communicating negotiating and facilitating sales transactions in English Arabic French and other African languages. This involves building strong client relationships developing tailored sales strategies ensuring smooth order processing and documentation providing multilingual customer support monitoring market trends and demonstrating cultural sensitivity. Continuously improving language proficiency and staying updated on industry developments are crucial aspects of the role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research in African countries considering linguistic and cultural factors
- Build and maintain client relationships in English Arabic French and other African languages
- Develop sales strategies tailored to languagespecific markets
- Negotiate sales agreements proficiently in multiple languages
- Manage order processing and documentation in relevant languages
- Provide multilingual customer support before and after sales
- Monitor sales performance and market trends in various languages
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability in communication
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry developments and language proficiency.
