ملخص الوظيفة
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve divisional goals and objectives
- Oversee the divisions financial performance including budgeting forecasting and cost management
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team of managers and staff
- Collaborate with other division directors and Clevel executives to align divisional strategies with overall company objectives
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
- Implement and maintain effective operational processes and systems
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisionmaking
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and local laws
- Represent the division in highlevel meetings conferences and industry events
- Manage major contractual negotiations with potential subcontractors and suppliers
- Review and approve important commercial administrative and technical documents
- Monitor project status adjust resource allocation and ensure quality and timely completion of division activities
Qualifications :
- Excellent management planning analytical and organizational skills
- Effective team building and leader ship quality with good interpersonal skills
- Sufficient Computer Skills and proper English reading & writing skill.
- Arabic speaking is favorable
