Description

Ontime Group is seeking a dedicated Receptionist for our Aesthetic Clinic located in Meydan Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support helping to create a welcoming environment for our clients visiting the clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients upon their arrival
  • Manage phone calls schedule appointments and oversee the clinics daily calendar
  • Provide clients with detailed information regarding aesthetic services and treatments available
  • Assist clients with checkin and checkout processes ensuring all forms are completed accurately
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and waiting room
  • Process payments manage billing inquiries and assist with insurance verifications
  • Coordinate with clinic staff to optimize patient flow and ensure a seamless experience
  • Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally


Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic or similar environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling and managing a busy calendar
  • Proficient in computer applications and electronic medical records
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced setting
  • Professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
