1.Key Responsibilities:
- Database Design and Development:
- Implement schemas tables procedures functions etc.
- Report and Dashboard Development:
- Design develop and publish visually compelling Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Use DAX and Power Query for data modeling and calculations.
- Data Integration and Transformation:
- Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL databases Excel APIs etc..
- Perform ETL to prepare data for analysis.
- Collaboration and Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work with data analysts business users and other developers.
- Optimization and Performance Tuning:
- Optimize Power BI reports for performance and scalability
- Optimize Database queries
- Implement best practices for data visualization.
- Data Governance and Security:
- Ensure data integrity accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Manage roles and permissions for secure access to data.
- Training and Support:
Provide enduser training and support for Power BI solutions
