ملخص الوظيفة
1. Cloud Infrastructure Management:
Manage public cloud resources including servers networks databases and container clusters.
Ensure optimal performance and security of cloudbased infrastructure.
2. Application Stability:
Monitor and maintain the stability of our connected vehicle platform applications.
Implement measures to ensure high availability and fault tolerance.
3. Daily Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates issue resolution emergency response and technical support.
Document and report on all maintenance activities and incidents.
4. Process Improvement:
Contribute to the development and refinement of operational workflows and best practices.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
5. Incident Management:
Respond promptly to system outages or performance issues.
Conduct thorough investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
6. Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.
Requirements
Job Title: Cloud Operations Engineer
Work Location: Dubai UAE
Role Type: Outsourced Full Time Long Term OnSite
Language requirement: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Contract: Standard 2 years
Industry: Automotive
Benefits: UAE Employment Visa Medical Insurance and other benefits as per UAE Employment Law
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a related role.
Cloud Computing: Proficiency with public clouds such as AWS Microsoft Azure and Alibaba Cloud.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Linux databases (MySQL Redis Kafka MongoDB) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus.
- Experience with high availability design observability and operational processes.
- Preferred: Prior experience in project management product management or knowledge of app development/clientside technologies.
