Job Description:
We are looking for a Call Center Executive / Tele Sales / Customer Service Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls assisting customers and promoting company services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and followups.
* Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Work closely with the team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Female candidates with own visa.
* Strong communication and persuasion skills.
* Previous experience in customer service sales or call centers is a plus.
* Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
