ملخص الوظيفة
- Clean and maintain guest rooms public areas and exterior areas to brand standards ensuring they are wellpresented at all times.
- Report maintenance defects in guest rooms public areas and back of house through KnowCross.
- Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards throughout the hotel.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards when handling cleaning materials.
- Provide exceptional customer care maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude even when faced with challenges.
- Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.
- Attend all required training sessions and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
- Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with good problemsolving abilities
- Physical fitness to stand lift push and pull for extended periods
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicals
- Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment managing multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and adaptability to challenging situations
