Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in choosing the right educational programs offering career advice and assisting with the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide counseling and guidance to students regarding educational programs.
* Assist students in selecting courses universities and career paths based on their interests and goals.
* Handle inquiries via calls emails and inperson meetings.
* Explain the admission process eligibility criteria and program details clearly.
* Maintain and update student records applications and followups.
* Collaborate with academic institutions to stay updated on courses and admissions.
* Conduct seminars workshops and career counseling sessions when required.
* Ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to admissions.
Requirements:
Preference for Keralites Age below 30 Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Immediate availability for joining
